CPG Packaging Production
Consumer packaged goods move fast and the margin for error is essentially zero. When you're managing a line extension across 40 SKUs, adapting packaging for a global market or preparing files for a flexo print run where every fraction of a cent in production cost matters — you need a production partner who understands the category from the inside.
That's print-ability™.
We're a New York-based packaging production studio with deep experience in CPG. We handle final mechanicals, line extensions, dielines, retouching, regulatory and mandatory copy, and print-ready file release across food, beverage, personal care and household products.
Our CPG work includes some of the most recognized names on the shelf — Dove, Cheez-It, Lysol, Laughing Cow, Dannon Oikos and Colgate across both US and global markets.
CPG isn't spirits. The print processes are different — flexographic printing dominates in CPG and it demands a different kind of production discipline than the foil stamping and specialty substrates of a premium spirits label. Margins are razor thin, which means packaging COGs are always under scrutiny. We understand that. Every production decision we make is weighed against what it costs to execute at scale.
We've worked across food, snack, beverage, personal care, home cleaning and oral care categories — each with its own regulatory requirements, retailer specifications and print vendor expectations. We don't need a learning curve on your project.
We come in after the design is approved. We assess the creative for production viability, flag anything that won't translate cleanly to the intended substrate or print process, execute the mechanicals, and deliver files your vendor can go straight to press with.
For global brands we manage regional adaptations — mandatory copy, legal text, regulatory compliance across markets — without losing the design intent that the brand team fought to protect.
If you're managing a CPG portfolio and need a production partner who understands the category, the constraints and the pace — we should talk.
